How can i deal with working in a restaurant where most of the customers cuss me out and judge me?

Do they treat everybody the same?  Don't take it personally.  Decide whether it is worthwhile to work there, or whether you should look for a new place.  I advise against quitting before you get a new job though.  The fact that you are working somewhere makes you more desireable.

Just look at them, smile and keep moving on with their order. If you don't acknowledge their hatred it drives them nuts.
