Best gym workout split for a sprinter? ?
I’m a 200m/400m 130lb College sprinter , and I just want to know what workout split would be best for me , my legs are definitely my weakness and I want to work on improving my leg strength tremendously, while also working my upper body.

You're a college athlete. This means you have a coach. It would be inappropriate for us to recommend any sort of physical training - it might not help at all, or our recommendations could even be counterproductive to what your coach is trying to do.
Talk to your coach, don't seek training advice from strangers on the internet. Not that many people get to compete at higher levels (college and above). Doing something that could set you back or get you hurt would be squandering an opportunity that not everyone has.
