How does one get rid of the GOOGLE DOODLE on their opening page? I don't care who Grigorov was?

Make some other page the "homepage" for your browser. You are completely in control of what page your browser presents to you when you open it. It doesn't have to be google.com.
Your question belongs in Computers & Internet>Software or Internet>Other-Internet as it's currently in Yahoo Products>Yahoo Answers and not applicable to this subcategory (and thus decreases your chances of getting many useful answers).
Moving your question can be done by clicking Edit (pencil icon for mobile)>Edit category just beneath your question, then selecting the category that's appropriate for the topic.

1. Use Bing.
2. Try one of the foreign Google sites
