How do I manage my mental health and depressed feelings during the 2nd wave this winter of the pandemic ?
I did not do well last spring and summer during the first wave and have had to be cut off from most my social network. On top of that in the winter we will have the holiday season which is usually merry and happy but this year will be grim and lonely.
