If you misused a semicolon, would the grammar police give you two consecutive sentences?

@ Pronk - I can understand that. But don't worry about it. We all like you! It's a pity that people have to be nasty.

@ Mm - A semi is not much use, is it?

    Yes they would read the sentences non stop.

    That;s a comma, mistake.

    Along those lines, shouldn't we have called it Colon Day, on October 12, here in the USofA :-).

    Wrecked-all his plans,RR..

    The cop subpoenaed me to court,

    butt I wuz way out of his class;

    I mooned the Judge,& sed,

    “SEE-MY-COLON? He can kiss my @ss!”

    comment-I’ve been a little turned off to this place,since Christopher insinuated that me & Carol suck at this stuff..I thot Christopher wuz one of our friends here.🧐

    I never worry because it's just a semi, NOW if it were a full blown colon I'd be concerned
