Many sources available in todays world......Do you mean Hi Res Music ???...HiFi was a term used in the 1960's and 70's to convey Hi quality music. If stands for High Fidelity Fidelity meaning faithful to the source. Often when they were using this term in those days they were not necessarily referring to the master tape recording but they were more often referring to the actual recording session or live music..So HiFi was interpreted as a term referring to how live music sounded as opposed to a recording. So your ultimate source of Hi-fi music is a live music presentation be it in a night club, concert hall or opera house.

Radio, TV, DVD, Blu-ray video, Blu-ray audio, CD, MP3 players, Vinyl records, cassette tapes, DAT recorders and players, computers.  In short, any analog or digital source that can be input into a stereo system can be amplified and listened to.

Any signal you want to listen to.

It doesn't have to be something dictated by a supposed authority.

I have records, CD, open reel, cassette, DAT, MiniDisc, LaserDisc, and DVD,

plus anything I care to stream from an online source.
