Is this good diet for losing weight?

Im not going to do any exercise. Im too weak. Im 300lbs 22 year old 6 ft tall male. Trying to lose weight/ belly fat without exercise.

-Avoid too much salt -Avoid too much sugar -Avoid eating fast/junk food -Fast everyday til 7pm -eat small portions

    You should drink 2 glass of lightly warm water in the morning daily…

    Eat one meal per day.  Eat meat, fat, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, and whole milk products.  Those foods are very nutritious and satisfying.

    Look up a diet for diabetics. It is a good healthy diet, for anyone.

    sugar is number 1, thats my next cut , going T total on biscuits/bars but still keep cereal/hot choc and other substitutes, if that still fails i will shrink my stomach eat less as a habit, fails more i will reduce carbs but keep carb oriented still, also i will start moving 

    Source(s): yes junk food its a habit, break the habit, but most important once broken STAY OFF it, because its easy to stay OFF its MUCH harder to get it back and chances are it will be YEARS before u break teh habit again
