Why is the 1994 Crime Bill referred to as "Joe Biden’s 1994 crime bill" when all 100 Senators voted for it?

    The GOP thinks that the fact Biden voted for the crime bill will turn off potential voters when in actuality only Trump supporters care

    He didn't just vote for it.  He wrote the Senate version (the House and Senate each passed their own versions, which had to be reconciled).

    Also, not all the Senators voted for it.  The vote was 95 to 4 on his version, and 61-38 on the final, reconciled version..
