Do you think that losing weight requires too much effort and dedication? your opinion ?
Losing weight is so difficult because it requires self discipline and consistent commitment.
Losing weight involves a good deal of dedication in consistent exercise and diet. And even with both exercise and proper diet, it may still not be enough to lose weight and keep the pounds off. A lack of good sleep also contributes to weight gain. And many other factors can make it such a challenge.
And it’s so easy to regain back the weight. And hard to keep fit.
