I was suppose to have a compleat driveway done....tear up, binder and top coat done on Oct 14. The company changed the date to Nov 3. Is that to late...I live around Saratoga NY. Dont want to waste 8K! Ive read 60 degrees is needed as a low temp and that time of year it is generaly cooler than that....thanks

Driveway are installed in places where a HIGH of 60° is called summer.

Anyone doing that type of work in the State of New York should know how to do it in sub-zero weather.

It will be fine if done properly. I am in Michigan and concrete is done year round with proper methods and proper concrete mix, asphalt is different.
