Something like Lamisil cream is a great over-the-counter medication to treat athlete's foot. Just make sure the area is clean and dry before applying. Do this one time a day for one week. If the athlete's foot gets worse, then contact your doctor or other health care professional.

Don't you have pharmacies where you live?

A week of Lamisil or a couple of weeks of Miconazol would do.

Where I live you may even find those in supermarkets

Apple cider vinegar has antifungal properties, so it can be used to treat athlete's foot.  Various vinegar mixtures can be found online.

--  Wipe between the toes with an alcohol wipe. Also buy some anti-fungal cream from the pharmacy, preferably one prescribed by a doctor (that would be much stronger). Also, use an anti-fungal talcum powder in your socks.
