It is breaking your promise when things don’t go to your plan, it Is alright like the situation I was in.?

My mum initially won’t let me go study B-TEC sport at college in Nottingham (Nottingham College) and wanted me to study at a 6th Form which I did for a year and I did applied General Science and two A-Levels RS and Business. Although I did manage to convince her but I had to promise her that I won’t go to play tennis except as part of college and she did allow me to play again if I finish college but I promised her on the basis that I think there would be tennis facilities within my college, unfortunately there was none and to do practicals we had to go elsewhere a but the centre that we normally go for our practical does not have proper tennis facilities which I originally thought they would since when I gone to the college interview I asked my tutor about if there are opportunities for me to play tennis when I gone to the college and he said there are a lot of tennis facilities around Nottingham and I got mislead that they would be in college(I realised I could have done more research and worded the question a bit better) although my mum did allowed me to go to tennis lessons a week for a period but then blamed stopped allowing me since back then I was often late but I wasn’t late for tennis lessons for a long time now but she only lets me go occasionally, which is not great since I want to become a pro tennis player but she still picks on me saying that I not good at tennis which I know but it really difficult to improve without being able to play consistently.
