Is this sentence correct and how does it sound to native English speakers ?

I have done a masters in psychology.

    You should check whether you should use a capital for Masters and Psychology. Personally I would expect capitals, but in modern times that may not be fashionable.

    'Achieved' is better than 'done' or 'earned'.

    "I've done" is somewhat banal.

    Try "I've completed my master's....", or "I earned a master's in psychology".

    It sounds fine as British or Commonwealth English. In the USA it would be more natural to say you have a master's , or you got or took or earned a master's.

    Better to say you have a masters in psychology.
