Are Pakistanis more similar racially to Middle Easterners or Indians?

    Indians. Pakistanis are Caucasian. Arabs aren't.

    No.  There is a fairly varied area of genetic lineage in Pakistan and in India, which notably includes the most genetically distinct group of the entire human species which doesn't actually count as an ethnicity (i.e. they are as different from the surrounding population as white people are from Han Chinese) in the northern parts of the country, plus a tongue of Elamite-Dravidian derived people along with North Indian people, but of course in South India there are the Dravidians, so some of them are more Indian, but South Indian, and some are pretty much unique and not closely related to anyone.  That whole area of Asia is the second most genetically diverse part of the world after Afrika south of the Sahara.
