An A0 piece of paper is 1 sq m and an A4 page is one sixteenth of that. Surface area of the earth is 510.1 trillion m²  So it is 16 times that - in US notation 8.1616 quadrillion pieces. Important to bring your values to similar units ie all km or all m

the area of one sheet of A4 paper is 1/16m2. According to google, the surface area of the earth covered with water is 510.1 trillion m2. Multiply that by 16, and you get 8.1616 quadrillion.
