Is 30 years old still considered young?

I assume I'll live until 2080, hopefully longer.

Its still young.  If you hope to live a long life, AVOID the following things:

    1. gangs

    2. substance abuse

    3. reckless driving

    4. violent protests and rallies

    5. getting lifts from strangers

    6. crowds

    7. Covid parties

    8. Virus treatments recommended by Trump.

    9. fights

    Things that you should DO:

    1. Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when you're around people.

    2. Practice social distancing.

    3. Take vaccines that are backed-up by science, ...not politicians.

To someone who is 40, yes. To someone who is 20, no.

Yes, though not juvenile in any sense. A 30-year-old is well into adulthood and is expected to be demonstrating that. 30-year-olds are not kids.

But today's 30-year-olds have a reasonable expectation of living to 90 or beyond. There are more and more centenarians all the time. A 30-year-old might make it almost to the end of the century, if not quite.

For many people, yes but ultimately, like every aspect of life, what is considered 'old' and 'young' is completely subjective.

30 is young to almost everyone.

40 is middle aged but not to americans as they think you are still a teen at 80 and its offensive to say middle aged.
