Moon in Sagittarius or Mars in Virgo which of these placements make someone a sociopath?

Neither of these are the indication of someone with an Antisocial Personality Disorder (which is what you are talking about).
Moon in Sagittarius, well-aspected to the other planets, is very tolerant, easy-going, cheerful and has a strong philosophy and strong ideals that they try to live by.Mars in Virgo, well-aspected, likes to serve and be useful. Ruth Bader Ginsberg had her Mars in service-oriented Virgo. It was badly aspected BUT Mars was conjunct Neptune (idealism, empathy), and Jupiter (networking and reaching out to the world). And she had some planets in empathetic Pisces, too. She found a way to use BOTH sides of her "opposition aspect", taking her Pisces empathy and appying it to being of service (Virgo) to the public through sitting on the Bench.
Glenn Perry, whose astrological specialty is the astrology of mental illness, says that APD is often found when someone has a badly-aspected Mars that is also strong in the chart. Mars is how we act on our desires (of any kind) and too strong a Mars, not interacting well with the other planets in the chart, not working well in the chart (due to square or opposition aspects made to Mars in the chart), CAN produce exaggerated attempts to meet their desires. And especially if the Libra/Venus function in the chart is weak (since this makes the person want to get along with others.
BUT astrology doesn't control us. It is only an influence on what goes on inside of us. The more self-awareness we have, the more we choose how to react to our internal dynamics and the more we can master ourselves and not just blindly follow any of the influences on us (DNA, parenting, peer group interactions, and the influence of our birthchart).
Just look at Ruth Ginsberg .. she did have an afflicted Mars in Virgo, but it was offset not only by other factors in her birthchart, but even more-strongly by the influence her mother had on her, and even more than that, by the choices that Ginsberg made for who she wanted to become.
As for Antisocial Personality Disorder, this is someone who has little conscience. If someone has hurt your feelings and/or doesn't seem to care how you feel .. this is not an indication that they have an APD nor that they have a Narcissistic Personality Disorder, either. Psychiatric labels require training to be able to depict the difference between ordinary screwed-up unhappy people's actions, and those that are a pervasive disorder that is not amenable to treatment.

Why don’t you question the validity of astrology? Did the education you had included math, science literacy, and critical thinking? Or was it like being attending Hogwarts. Full of magic and superstition?
Maybe you like putting your money on things that fail far more than they succeed. Stick with astrology then find the most expensive astrologer possible. Don’t hedge your bets.

Maybe the two together, rather than them taken alone. Honestly just because you have met some people who are psychopaths it won't mean everyone is. Yes they were, and they got away with it, but I mean, their choice. You deserve better.
True astrology is bs btw... ;)
Sorry the anonymous on here are not very smart so they put everyone else who is smart down. You are smart, don't listen to that. Not easy recognizing psychopaths. You get lots of people complaining about how they missed the red flags.
