According to your religion: how are sexual relations regulated, and do the prophets (p.s) and religious conform to it?

Update:

So: what is the place of legal or lawful and religious marriage?

All the Prophets of GOD got marriage and have families and lead their lives as according to GOD's commandments to be the examples of Prophets' Traditions ,in leading families lives, for each of their people's eras. That is why the only religion of GOD, forbid mankind in becoming priesthoods and nuns by setting up churches and temples for the priests to live in seclusion all their lives ,with out having wives and husbands or having family. That is why, the only religion of GOD then set the rules and regulations for those who believe and practice goodness to get marriage and have families to continue the human races till the end of time. In case of Jesus (A) , he would return for his second returning to earth and then get marriage, in the same way as of the last Prophet of GOD (May peace and blessing of GOD be upon him) had done. This is the teaching as according to the teaching of my religion.

First, God reserves sex only for married husbands and wives.

Hebrews 13:4 KJV — Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

    As for regulations....

1 Corinthians 7:1-5 — Now regarding the questions you asked in your letter. Yes, it is good to abstain from sexual relations. But because there is so much sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman should have her own husband. The husband should fulfill his wife’s sexual needs, and the wife should fulfill her husband’s needs. The wife gives authority over her body to her husband, and the husband gives authority over his body to his wife. Do not deprive each other of sexual relations, unless you both agree to refrain from sexual intimacy for a limited time so you can give yourselves more completely to prayer. Afterward, you should come together again so that Satan won’t be able to tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

Christ teaches us correct principles, and we pretty much control ourselves.  Sexual sin is disciplined.  Yes, the prophets and apostles generally conform to Jesus' commandments.  We excommunicate the ones who don't.

    >> According to your religion: how are sexual relations regulated <<

    They're not.

That is: my religion does not "regulate" sexual relations

nor does it teach how sexual relations SHOULD be "regulated".

My religion teaches what sorts of sexual relations are sin.

It's up to the followers of the religion to abide by such teachings

and up to the law to regulate any sexual relations that it sees fit to regulate.

    >> do the prophets (p.s) and religious conform to it <<

    Not necessarily.

There's no "regulation" of relations between husband and wife.

Not particularly regulated, Heb. 13:4, but marriage is requisite.  And then every Sunday night when there is nothing else to do.
