Now that Ruth Bader Ginsburg died at 87, will Trump be allowed to appoint a replacement before the elections or no?

    There isn't time.  There's not even enough time before he's gone forever in Jan.  You can be very assured that the Dem. will pull all possible stops to avoid letting that criminal, serial-lying fat dotard getting yet another Roland Freisler clone on the S.C.U.S.

    Even if Trump nominates someone, and the Democrats don't do what the Republicans did in Obama's last months there's simply not time to confirm a new appointee before the election.
