    I disagree. Those should be allowed. That's why The NFL gets The Nickname: The No Fun League at times.

    Does not exist.  Are you asking for one?  The play clock is running so it's not slowing down the next play.  As long as it's not taunting an opponent, you'd have to let me know your reasoning why you think it should be punished.
