Questions About The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) ?

I don't hear or see much about the The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). I know it on copyrights on the internet.

What about these:

Does your home internet provider like Comcast, AT&T, etc... know or tell IF it a third or fifth party that violated the DMCA on your account or through their Wi-Fi log in. That it not you, and not hold it against you, for closing the account if it happens again?

Does the DMCA email, have anything to do with not paying. When it from one's home internet provider?

Also can it be a warning from one's home internet provider like Comcast, AT&T, etc.... to NOT log on through their Wi-Fi, when the bill not pay. That account could be cut off, like email, username, password, etc... if continue to use it?

Where one can not log on to any accounts using the email address?

Just wondering on this and want to understand a little more on it. Any views and understanding would be great.

What IF DMCA Email from your Internet Provider, would they know it might be a third or fifth party doing it? That it not their own costumer at all. So that the costumer don't get shut off. Like using their email address, username and password to log in to anything online and even the provider's WIFI. Since the email has the providers name and logo also.
