... RELIGIOUS  institutions are TAX FREE EXEMPT   BENEFACTORS  use  the roads public serves  pay NO PROPERTY TAXES  or INCOME TAX

small facility large facility  they have many times land  donated and  when they sell it  years later its all PROFIT they never paid taxes on it  have no loss    who  or what set up the "OBLIGATION "  a RELIGION  is not required

people to form morality  because morality is about human well being  nor is theism required

a Lot of People have been POOR for a long time . we have a BIG INCOME  disparity in this country .  Yet the REPUBLICANS gave a tax break to the rich  50 % of Americans live pay check to pay check ..

humanist  Groups   you can feed a person with a fish today  but if you teach them how to fish  you feed them for a life time   if wages are so low you can not SAVE for rough times you have NOT solved the problem

Jesus taught his followers only one religion, the true religion. It is like a road leading  to everlasting life. Jesus said: "Few are finding" that road. (Matthew 7:14) God accepts only worship based on his Word of truth. All true worshippers are united in one faith. Read John 4:23,24; 14:6; Ephesians 4:4.5..    TRUE CHRISTIANS PREACH ABOUT GOD'S KINGDOM.  God sent Jesus to preach the good news of the Kingdom. Jesus continued speaking about it until his dying day. ( Luke 4:43; 8:1; 23:42, 43) He said that his followers would preach about it. If someone approaches you to speak about God's Kingdom, to which religion dose he likely belong? read Matthew 24:14. ) JESUS FOLLOWERS ARE NO PART OF THIS WICKED WORLD. You can recognize them by the way they take no part in politics or social conflicts. ( John 17:16; 18:36)  Also, they do not imitate the worlds harmful practices and attitudes. Read James 4:4.)  TRUE CHRISTIANS HAVE OUTSTANDING LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER.  From God's Word, they learn to respect all ethnic groups. Although false religions have often strongly supported the wars of the nations, true worshippers refuse to do so. ( Micah 4:1-3) Rather true Christians unselfishly use their time and resources to help and encourage others. Read john 13:34, 35; 1 John 4:20. CAN YOU IDENTIFY THE TRUE RELIGION?   Which religion basses all its teachings on God's Word, honors God's name, and proclaims God's Kingdom  as mankind's  only hope? Which group practices love and shuns war?  What do you think? Read  1 john 3:10-12. For more information JW.ORG

Some religions are helping the poor. They don’t blow a horn, drawing attention to what they are doing. Notice what an ancient book states: “But you, when making gifts of mercy, do not let your left hand know what your right is doing, that your gifts of mercy may be in secret; then your Father who is looking on in secret will repay you.” (Matt. 6:3, 4) Our hands usually work together. Therefore, not letting the left hand know what the right is doing means that we do not advertise our charitable deeds, even to those as close to us as our left hand is to our right hand.

I am a layperson not a ordained monk. Tibetan Buddhism. So I don’t know I assume we give to charity. My school offers education for free or very discounted if it’s a advance course. Paying for the cost books ect material not education.

Religions don’t help the poor. They fleece the poor. The RCC is the grand master at this.
