What was the first thing you did after you got your cast removed?

I have had a cast on my leg from my toes to my hip for over a month.  It will be removed next week and there are a million things I want to do, but can't devide what to do first.

The thing I missed most and did first was take a shower!

Just put all those things on hold, just becouse the cast may come off does nt mean things have healed well enough, to do much of anythign. I'm also guessing that one in a cast such as that, is going to need PT and such.  So slow down so you don't bum yourself out, take it a step at a time, and you'll get there.

I've never broke a bone, so I can't help you.  But I would suggest that you take it easy for the first couple of days.   Your body has to have time to adjust.
