Why do not open blog from only Jio internet when we change google domain registrar to GoDaddy domain registrar?

I am blogger and write article at Mathematics.I have read many Mathematics, educational,spriritual and health books.

When my website / blog took the domain from Godaddy, then all the internet like Jio, Idea, Vodafone, Airtel used to be accessed but when I transferred the same domain name to Godaddy, then my blog / website is no longer accessible from Jio Internet. Instead, it shows the following error, while other ideas, Vodafone, Airtel are accessed through internet.

your English needs work. what is the problem? you changed to GoDaddy and what is the problem? what's a Jio?
