Why does "All Lives Matter Equally" offend "All Lives Matter" people?

    Until Black Lives matter no life matters.

    Because the only time you hear "all lives matter" is because its used as a retort to "black lives matter". Nobody was saying "all lives matter" until BLM started to get recognition. Its used to take the spotlight off of the "black" part, and not focusing on the issue. So when you say "all lives matter equally" it p*sses off the racists.
