I have taken up an excellent position in a startup company, but I am worried about paying my expenses in the initial years. What can i do?

You can sweat and starve and take on a second/third job like most not-already-wealthy startup workers have to do. Make sure you're getting shares when this thing goes public or there's no guarantee you'll earn much from it.

Just like there's joy and excitement in constructing an idea from scratch, so there's tension and frustration when it comes to making sure the idea is viable and successful as well.

I’m sure you might have considered it. You must decide for yourself how important is money to you, at this point. Read ‘Stress diaries’ a book written by Dr. Rachna Khanna Singh and I’m sure it’ll help you the way it helped me .
