Did Jesus know that he would ressurect after he died on the cross?

If so then he did it only because he knew he would ressurect?

if he did, as you say, he only did it because he knew he would resurrect, which means it wasn't much of a sacrifice. And if he didn't know, then I guess he wasn't God.

Of course He did. He was God, Who is all-knowing. Also, He predicted it. He told them "destroy this temple, and I will rebuild it in three days". They didn't know what He was talking about of course, until after He rose from the dead on the third day.

Yes he was sure that his Father will resurrect him.
