What's the best way to train your mind to have good dreams at bedtime?

    Do a lot of daydreaming.

    You begin to train your mind that these dreams, and all dreams are very important to you.  You start a dream journal.  Even if it is a tiny piece of a dream,  when you remember the bits and pieces, write it in your dream journal, along with the date, and day, and any interpretation you seem to have about the dream.  Eventually this procedure convinces your subconscious mind that you like remembering your dreams, and hopefully more dreams will come to the surface, when you wake up.
