What do you call this personality?

The person is generally nice to you, charming and very affectionate but as soon as you do something that they don't like they are extremely cold, cut you off without warning and effectively punish you without any sense of guilt.

The other part of the personality is not admitting to guilt, deliberately keeping you in suspense when they know you want answers for their behaviour, being extremely jealous, being controlling and being able to stay without lengthy periods of time (6+ Months) without talking to you and seeming unaffected by the lack of contact.
