At the time of the 2008 recession (that I called the second depression) I was not a registered Democrat, The housing market tanked due to over inflation,  One day my house was valued at 135K and the next it was valued at 95K.  That had nothing to do with my mental ability it was all  about economics.  The Virus - well if you haven't had it or had someone you know die from it, be grateful.  I have had it and have had friends and family died from it.
