Turn off the device and clean the keyboard, assuming it has a keyboard rather than keytouch on a screen.
Turn it upside down and shake it, ideally over a newspaper or something else large enough to catch whatever falls out. Then use compressed air to blow out additional junk that's in there keeping electrical connections from happening.
Many times when a few keys stop working, it's because of dust, debris, pet hair, crumbs, etc. If you routinely eat and drink at the computer, a keyboard skin is a great idea.
If this doesn't fix it and it's a freestanding keyboard, consider replacement. There are cheap keyboards out there.

You may have accidentally changed the keyboard settings. My mother keeps accidentally changing the icon sizes but swears she doesn't know how she possibly can be, although easy to remedy. Most functions have more than one method to use them. Why not try a search "control c alternative" etc?

Use the mouse instead.
