Most people never take a valid IQ test administered by a trained psychologist, so there is no way to know. There's a woman named Marilyn Vos Savant who used to claim that she had the highest recorded IQ score.  But much too much has been made of IQ scores. An IQ test tests a few specific abilities and does not determine a person's worth. And IQ tests were validated on American native speakers of English, so they are not valid on other populations.
