Do rich people have devices where they can automatically get police to come to where they are ?

like a sort of panic button where if they feel they are in danger they can press it and police will arrive without having to dial and speak on the phone to them.

Cellphones do not always work.  Home security alarms may work, with some "priority" for a real-time "panic" alarm signal to the monitoring company.

I know MANY "rich people" who carry an emergency satellite GPS signalling device wherever they go (anywhere within sight of the satellite network).   It's not very expensive and may result in various "responses" according to the type of service to which you subscribe and whether your unit has the capability to refine the type of call (search, rescue, crash, crime, etc).

The standard security system reports to the local PD but the truly wealthy contract with private security that can usually get there faster. This is why so many rich people are so blasé about all these "defund the police" movements. They don't rely on the police anyway.

Here you can have a panic alarm button in your house direct to the 999 system if you are in particular danger and the police agree. Some have buttons connected to a security company who will call the police in the same way as anyone else.

Some home security systems are equipped with a panic button.  This would only work when they are at home.  If they are not at home, they would need to use a phone like anyone else.

It would alert the security company who would send police to the location.

Yes, they do.  It's called a private security alarm.

I suppose they could pay to have a silent alarm, like Banks do, in their house. However they clearly can't carry one around with them all the time. Then again you could pay to have one in your home as well.

    IDK.

    I'm not rich.

This IS why poor Conservatives save money to buy LEGALLY OWNED WEAPONS.
