How do you manage your stress? ?
The covid 19 pandemic has me over the edge. I want to revert back to some unhealthy habits like smoking to destress. With the gyms being closed I'm unable to work out like i normally do. And at home work out don’t seem to work for me with children in the house, way to many disruptions. To add fuel to the fire i’m a single parent mom trying to figure out how to maintain working and having school age children home for all remote learning.

To work out go on runs outside to get your mind cleared. And write a list of all your problems then go from there. talking to others is another good way to get stuff off your mind.
