he can't read. So a report would have been useless.  There's no public info on a bomb yet, BUT we do know that there was an ammonium nitrate disaster on April 16, 1947, in the Port of Texas City, Texas, that killed 581 Americans AND another one on April 17, 2013, at the West Fertilizer Company storage and distribution facility in West, Texas. Fifteen people were killed, more than 160 were injured, (It's thought that the latter one was caused by arson)

Those of you  who apologize for tRump can certainly do so. But IF HE WOULD STOP LYING, your lives would be so much easier. And America would be a better place for it.

Well,  even a fifth grader would assume,

being Beirut and all, that an 'explosion' would

MOST LIKELY have been "a bomb of some sort".

    Kinda like when he said,

referring to the hurricane at the time, "its tremendously wet, from the stand point of water".....durrr.

    You know Trump.

He talks first and then checks the facts afterwards.

Thing is .. every now and then he's right

but if he's wrong then it's FAKE NEWS if anyone repeats it.

    Edit ..

Has someone down thumbed ''every now and then he's right'' ?

I'm guessing he heard 'ammonium nitrate' and someone saying something about it being a chemical used in making bombs and that's as much information as he needed to not listen to anything else the professionals told him.

"Boots on the ground" - Russian spies relayed the information to him.

Putin, most likely. Putin was also the one who told Trump about the bounty Putin placed on U.S. troops and told Trump to pretend he didn't believe U.S. intelligence.   Meanwhile, there still is no evidence at all that the Beirut explosion was an "attack".

It doesn't take much intelligence to see that it looked like a bomb blast
