    Sure.  Use the same attorney you used to sue your grandmother, father, brother in law, the garbage men, your neighbors and your teachers.

    NO... you should sue the Democrits because they did nothing in the past to prevent it. IT'S their fault it went out because THE DEMOCRITS did not fix the infrastructure.
