I started jogging and now I'm in pain?

Okay for clarification, I don't run. I go on jogs as of a couple days ago but mostly switch off between jogging and speed walking because of my asthma.

Anyway.

So after my first jog I got intense pains in my calves, as well as my ankles, and on my right foot I now have a pain akin to plantar fasciitis??? Is this because of weak muscles and etc?

Is this normal for beginner joggers?

I tried looking it up but nothing gave me a direct answer.
