No .  I think "The shop is open", "The shop  is closed" would be better .

The shop will open at 8 o'clock.

The shop opens at 8 o'clock. The shop opened at 8 o'clock. The shop will close. The shop is closed. The shop has closed.

    Take your pick.

    These are different verb tenses.

    Simple tenses.

They are correct as they stand, but they do raise doubts in my mind as to how you intend to use them. Your poor punctuation, and the fact that one sentence is in Present tense and the other is in Past Simple, makes me worry that you have misunderstood some important point.

It is always helpful if the OP provides the CONTEXT.

Not really as sentences on their own.  "The shop is closed," or, "The shop closed at _pm" would be better.
