Are the iced lemonade and iced hibiscus tea From Starbucks healthy for you?

    The hibiscus tea with zero sugars is basically flavored water since its an herbal tea. The lemonade has sugar though.

    The Very Berry Hibiscus Starbucks Refresher has 14 grams of sugar (small). 

    14 g = over 3 teaspoons of sugar. Some of the sugar is from the berries, so it is not all white sugar. It would be better to buy or make tea that does not contain any added sugar. 

    The lemonade has 27 grams of sugar, for a small. 

    If you got a larger size, the amount of sugar would grow. 

    To me, the lemonade is not healthy. It could easily be made at home. Even if you used the lemonade flavored water enhancer packets and added some calorie free sweetener, that would probably be better for you, than drinking all of that sugar.

    Compared to drinking plain water - No not more healthy and if it has any sugar HellNO.

    Doubtful.  I haven't tried them, but don't they maybe have quite a bit of sugar?  Plain hibiscus tea could be healthy, but isn't S'bucks trying to make you think theirs is?
