My boss very often finds it difficult to agree with my point of view, which leads to me losing control over my tone. What do I do?

If there are differences in opinion, it's all too easy to just sit back and presume the other person is incorrect. But you need to look inward at the workplace, and ask yourself if you're too rigid in your own beliefs. Keep calm, and evaluate.

If possible, go to a sound third party to defuse the situation, unless you two seem to find common ground.

    Regain control of your tone.

You need to accept that even if you're right your boss is still right. Because in the workplace might makes right. And that's really all that matters.
