Historically speaking, can you name something better than a 2 parent home, high school education, and a job to lift people out of poverty?

Historically, what lifted people out of poverty since the early 1600's is Fractional Reserve Banking.
Paying people serious amounts of money became possible by getting deeper in debt.

A high school education is not going to get a job that will lift anyone out of poverty. The problem is that a college education puts people so far in debt that even with a good paying career the interest doesn't allow someone to get out of debt. Of course this is the way Republicans want to keep it.
