if I live in Illinois and incorporate in Wyoming do I need to file an Illinois corporate return?

    Where you live has NOTHING to do with corporate income tax.

    Where the business OPERATES, the business is subject to income tax.

    Note: The business may have to file taxes where it is incorporated, even if it doesn't actually do business in that state. It must file taxes in EVERY jurisdiction where it physically does business.
