V = nRT / P = (9.21 g O2 / (31.99886 g O2/mol)) x (62.36367 L mmHg/K mol) x (40.7 + 273.15) K / (886.7 mmHg) = 6.35 L O2
Supposing the gas does not liquify at such a low temerature:
(89 + 273) K x (163 mmHg / 707 mmHg) = 83.46 K = −190°C
