How can randomness lead to organized systems?
If everything in the universe is random, how can that inherent randomness lead to countless organized systems that govern our world.

a) It is unknown if everything in the universe is random, therefore you are making a speculative and arguably unsupportable assumption.
b) While your question does bridge into philosophy, it would probably be more appropriately asked in the physics and mathematics forums since it falls squarely into the realms of theoretical physic and chaos theory.
c) Look for an article titled "Order out of Randomness: Self-Organization Processes in Astrophysics " published in the March 2018 Space Science Reviews journal.

Random doesn't exists. There is always a cause. Blend in with all and end of story.
