Does no fault divorce benefit women more than men?

Of course it does. How could you even question that? Do you not think that there is a reason, women are the ones who file for divorce in 70% of the cases. Don't tell me you actually think they are all abused or mistreated. With many of them, divorce is simply a racket, as scam. They profit from it much of the time and look at it as just another way to be able to gain what they did not earn.

No. It does mean that a couple can divorce without having to prove to the courts that their spouse is dangerously violent, morally corrupt, a criminal or has other conduct that proves them a danger to the children in the home. It was implemented as a benefit to BOTH sexes insomuch as a divorce can be granted without destroying the reputation and lives of all concerned. Used to be that spouses had to go for the jugular in court in order to divorce. Now they just can because they desire to. That, very much, is a mutual benefit.

No fault means no party can be held legally responsible, but whether the divorce benefits one person more than the other depends on the terms of the divorce whether by agreement or court order.

No it doesn't. No fault divorce benefits anyone who is in such an unpleasant relationship that they cannot imagine being forced to spend another day with their partner. The only way that women could benefit more is if they also are more frequently the victim of such a situation.
