Sure why not... LET'S NUKE EM ALL OFF THE EARTH and take over there in about 100 years after doing it.

Not as much as the U.S. should.  The U.S. spread it more than China did.

They didn't purposely do anything, so no.  Trump should be punished for not acting aggressively and quickly; tens of thousands of people would still be alive if he had.

If it can be proved in an international court that the virus creation  was a deliberate act then we can discuss "punishment" for China. Since the United States doesn't recognize international courts there is no chance of any such judgement.

China should distribute the vaccine around the world to save the world from covid 19.

and then we will forgive China.

China knew in Nov, told the WHO at that time they had it under control. The WHO did not do their job, put boots on the ground to investigate.  Rumors and leaks about what was going on in China were coming out in early dec.  The WHO, once again did not put boots on the ground to investigate, simply took China's word. Meanwhile in DEC. China banned internal travel from Wuhan to the rest of the China, but allowed international travel out of Wuhan, spreading the virus globally.  China lied from the start, and has not stopped, and are currently moving on Hong Kong and expending their waters.

    Why?

After the disease was detected, they notified the WHO on December 31st.

At that time, the number of identified victims was less than a few dozen (since there were 41 world wide by January 14) and no death. The first case recorded outside of the US was in Thailand on January 13, the day after China published the genetic sequence of the virus.

In January 30, the reported cases were 7818 total worldwide, with 82 cases reported in 18 countries outside China.

Seems to me, until that time, China was trying very hard to keep it contained.

The first US case was an American who actually went to Wuhan and returned to the US on January 15. Are you suggesting that China should have locked him up?

To put things in perspective, the number of NEW CASES only in Florida yesterday July 10 was 11433, with 93 death.

In all cases, punishing China would be most stupid. How do you propose punishing a 1.4 billion people country? By renaming 'chow mein' "liberty noodles"?

    Get a life.

It could have been contained, if it had been addressed immediately.  They deserve whatever they get from the world community.
