Can a student teacher write recommendation letters for scholarships? ?

I'm applying for a scholarship, and one of the requirements is "one letter of recommendation from teacher or professor". Despite being a student teacher, she has taught us for the majority of the school year (2019-2020), and she recently got her teaching credentials. Can she still write the letter as long as she mentions her teaching credentials? Thanks in advance! :)

I really think so, but maybe contact the application hub and ask to be sure.

No, actually they cannot since they do not yet have the credentials as a certified teacher.

Yes. But it might not be as impressive as a recommendation from an experienced teacher.
