How come when you go to the dentist you spend 45 minutes with the hygienist and 10 minutes with the DR./Dentist ?

I do not like this system. The majority of the time you are with the hygienist and not the Doctor.

The dentist is usually working on 5 patients at the same time.

Dentists are a scam, they'll fuss around and do nothing only to charge you an exorbitant fee.

Wow, you get 10 minutes with the dentist?  I usually get about 45 seconds and most of that time he has his fingers in my mouth.
