how can i fix this ingrown toenail?

there’s not a nail to cut but it’s severely swollen and extremely sensitive it hurts like hell when i touch it

    At this point, there's little you can do, bcuz it's already badly infected. In fact, I doubt even a podiatrist would do more than give you antibiotics, bcuz they can't cut into an active infection. So that must be brought under control first.

    However, looking at the condition of your nails, it's obvious you've been doing all the wrong things. You're cutting the corners off your toenail which is a surefire way to get an ingrown nail. And your cuticles are thick & ragged, meaning you haven't been properly trimming them-- again, a habit that causes toenails to grow *downward instead of forward. You need instructions on proper foot care in addition to treatment for the ingrown nail.

    got to see a poditrist, they can do a little in office surgery and give you antibiotics
