Not as you stated. Wine is not the only alcoholic drinks available. Red wine is the healthiest among wine, but not for all alcoholic drinks. And not all red wines are equally healthy - some are more so and some are less so.

And there is also your definition of "healthiest". Wine of any kind like all alcoholic drinks contains calories. While the amount is not excessively high, drinking red wine (or any wine) can make you hungry or give you the munchies. And no one has ever drunkenly crave for a healthy salad. If you are watching your weight, it could sabotage your diet.

Furthermore, red wine has been praised for being healthy because it contains resveratrol which has anti-oxidant properties. But red wine is not the only source of resveratrol nor does red wine have a particularly high amount of it per serving compared to other less expensive food sources.  You can just as easily get resveratrol from eating the skin on grapes, nuts (peanuts, pistachios,...), and seeds, berries (blueberries, bilberries, cranberries, etc) and even in cocoa/chocolate. Resveratrol has been identified in over 70 species of plants - most of which are common food sources..

The less alcohol in it, the less unhealthy it will be.

Alcohol is a poison.  It's also an addictive drug.    It's also full of empty calories.

There are no health benefits that outweigh the above.

That being said, many people can consume it responsibly such that it doesn't have a negative affect on their health.
